宏润博源 | 足球少年逐梦路

2021年9月21日下午，上海宏润博源学校足球队与闵行中学国际部足球队在闵行中学进行了一场足球友谊赛并获得胜利。这场比赛极大地鼓舞了宏润博源足球队的少年们。他们非常激动，尤其是队长林同学。了解了他们的足球故事，或许你就能理解这场胜利为何让他们如此激动。

On the afternoon of September 21st, 2021, SHBS football team won a match against the team from the International Department of Minghang High School. This victory greatly inspired the boys of SHBS football team, and they were very excited about it, especially Jared Lin, the captain. If you know about their football story, perhaps you can understand why this victory could make them so excited.

上海宏润博源学校的地理位置得天独厚，学校提供多种体育运动设施：赛艇码头及训练室，室内室外网球场，篮球场，羽毛球场，高尔夫球场，设施齐备的健身房等。不过，美中不足的是，学校没有正规的足球场。

Situated in a wonderful location, SHBS provides its students with a variety of sports facilities: a rowing dock and a training room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts, a golf court, and a well-equipped gym and so on. However, it’s a pity that school does not have a football court.

一年前，林同学在学校里遇到了几个与他志趣相投，也同样热爱足球的小伙伴，他想在学校成立足球队的想法就越来越坚定。虽然学校没有足球场，但教学楼前面有一大块天然草坪，因此每天下午放学林同学都约上自己的小伙伴们在那里踢球，是健身，是放松，更是一种热爱。

Having met several friends who were also very passionate about football a year before in SHBS, Jared became more and more determined to form a football team on behalf of the school. Although the school does not have a football field, there is a large natural lawn in front of the teaching building, so every afternoon when school was over, Jared would invite his schoolmates to play football on the grassland, which is work-out, relaxation, and passion for them.

他们先是用四个水瓶来摆成球门的样子，后来踢了一段时间过后发现水瓶在坑坑洼洼的草地上很容易倒，后面便换成了四件衣服。就这样，他们在自己DIY的足球场上踢地不亦乐乎。下午的夕阳照着他们在草坪上奔跑的身影，充满青春的活力与激情，是校园里一道靓丽的风景线，也吸引了更多热爱足球的小伙伴们加入。

At first, they placed two water bottles on both ends to make two simple and crude goals, but then after playing for a while they found that the water bottles fell easily on the rough grassland, so they changed them to four pieces of clothing. In this way, they played cheerfully on their own DIY football field. In the afternoon when the sun sets, those boys, filled with youthful vitality and passion are found running on the lawn. They have made up an amazing scene on campus, attracting more football lovers to join in.

看到这么多人喜欢足球，并且练习地不亦乐乎，林同学决定把大家组织起来，好好训练和比赛，并向学校申请购买了正式的球门安装在草坪上。上学期，林同学创立了学校足球社，吸引了22位同学加入，大家会经常组队进行校内比赛。本学期的足球社进一步升级为学校校队，每天下午同学们都会自发地训练一些基本功和战术部署，也开始联系其它学校的足球队进行友谊赛。

Seeing that so many peers liked football and kept playing it happily, Jared decided to organize a team so that everyone could have better training and more opportunities to compete. Then, he applied to the school for the purchase of two real goals and had them fixed on the lawn. Last semester, Jared founded the school football club with 22 members, and they often team up to play intramural games. In this semester, since the football club was further upgraded to be the school team, students would spontaneously train some basic skills and tactical strategies every afternoon. They also started to contact other schools' football teams for  competitions.

与闵行中学国际部足球队的友谊赛是宏润博源学校足球队队长林同学联系安排的第一场校际比赛。比赛前，同学们的想法是多去外面见识一下，看看自己球队与正规球队的差距，看看如何进一步提升自我训练的方式。毕竟，自己的队伍没有正规的训练场也没有专业的教练来指导。

The friendly match against the team from the International Department of Minhang High School was the first inter-school competition arranged by Jared, the captain of SHBS football team. Before the competition, our players had hoped to play outside to find out the gap between our team and the regular team and to figure out how to further improve the way of self-training. After all, our team has neither a regular training field nor a professional coach to train them.

Hereby, we would like to extend our thanks to the students and teachers from Minhang High School for their support in organizing this match. We also welcome football teams from other high schools to reach us and organize friendly matches so that we can improve our skills through competitions.
